Where is the cuirass in the priory of the nine

Cuirass of the Crusader ; Knight Commander rank. Only the penitent man will pass. I've found the body of Sir Amiel, who appears to have perished centuries ago while questing for the Shrine of the Crusader. Perhaps I can find some clues on his body that will help my own quest for the Crusader's Relics turn out better than his. I should proceed to the old Priory and see if it still holds the Cuirass of the Crusader, as Sir Amiel's journal suggests, but first I should make sure I have his ring, which I may need to access the Priory vaults.

If the player has not yet completed The Shrine of the Crusader or Sir Amiel was a member of the Knights of the Nine, a holy order devoted to recovering the Relics of the Crusader. I should proceed to the old Priory and see if it still holds the Cuirass of the Crusader, as Sir Amiel's journal suggests.

According to Sir Amiel's journal, I will need his ring to enter the Priory vaults where the Cuirass was kept. If the player has acquired Sir Amiel's Ring.

The ghosts of the former Knights of the Nine have appeared and blocked my path to the Cuirass of the Crusader. They will not let me pass until I best each of them in single combat. I've defeated the ghostly guardians of the Cuirass of the Crusader. I can now claim it for my own. I've recovered the Cuirass of the Crusader.

I should talk to the ghosts of the former Knights of the Nine to see if they can aid me in my quest for the remaining Crusader's Relics. I've spoken with the ghosts of the Knights of the Nine and learned where several parts of the Armor of the Crusader are hidden.

After hearing about the massacre at the Chapel of Dibella in Anvil , the Hero has set forth to find the Relics of the Crusader and stop the attacks led by Umaril the Unfeathered. The Hero has discovered that the Knights of the Nine had a Priory in the West Weald and that one of the relics may still be there.

The Hero needs to head there and enter the priory. Once inside, there is an open space on the left side on the first floor, where there is a symbol on the floor. Using Sir Amiel's Ring will open a secret staircase leading to the basement.

Continuing down to the Priory basement, they can find a chest with several Knight of the Nine Cuirasses and Shields. Past the chest, there is a door leading into the Undercroft.

Here, the Hero will find a large crypt, with the Cuirass of the Crusader on the far side of the room on a stand. As they approach, a ghost steps out and defends the armor. He identifies himself as Sir Amiel , one of the Knights of the Nine, he is then joined by seven other ghosts. Sir Amiel will tell the hero that if they want the cuirass, they must prove they are worthy and must beat all eight of them in single combat.

In order they will face:. At that point, the ghosts will attack you, one at a time. You can't run the way back is blocked and you can't hide, so you'll just have to slug it out with each of them in turn. They will give you a short break between each combat. During that time you can repair gear, guzzle potions or whatever you need to do, but you've got to win seven consecutive combats.

On the bright side, each of the original Knights is three levels below you, except for Sir Amiel who is one level below you. On the downside, they are all Level 3, minimum, so this might be quite a fight for a very low-level character. Once you have defeated each of the original Knights, you can claim the Cuirass of the Crusader.

It, too, has a few nifty enchantments:. The same rules apply: you cannot equip the Cuirass or any of the Relics if your Infamy is 2 or more. The only way to rid yourself of the curse is to continue with the quest line: upon receiving The Blessing of Talos, the curse will be removed.

Sir Ralvas has told me where to find the Mace of Zenithar. In order to recover the mace, I must travel to the Chapel of Zenithar in Leyawiin. In the undercroft of the chapel, I must kneel at the shrine there. However, storing ingredients and potions in the priory is not advisable, as the knights may take them.

Knights of the Nine quests start at the beginning of the game or as soon as the add-on is installed. Talk to them to learn more, then go to the Anvil Chapel to check it out. Unlike the other exceptions, he will buy weapons and armor — the main money-maker for most players — without the need to first reach Journeyman skill.
